  You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours after payment, provided the order has not entered the shipping or dispatch process.

• Orders placed over 48 hours ago or already in the shipping process
  If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has entered preparation or shipping, the order cannot be cancelled directly.
  In such cases, you may request a return and refund after the product has been delivered.
